About the role
BestOption Management Consultants Inc' is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating HR-related events and training programmes
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Answering employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining and updating the company's HR-related databases and systems
- Supporting the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR service delivery
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HR-related software and technology, including HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
