Sales Executive / Designer
Diamond Interior is looking for a creative and client-focused Sales Executive / Designer who can assist clients in planning beautiful, functional, and well-designed spaces.
This role combines interior design, client consultation, sales, and project coordination. The Sales Designer will help clients choose the right design solutions, prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that projects are handled smoothly from consultation to completion.
Responsibilities- Meet with clients to understand their design needs, budget, timeline, and project requirements.
- Recommend suitable design solutions for cabinetry, furniture, fit-out works, and interior spaces.
- Prepare design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project updates, site concerns, materials, and client requests.
- Provide proper design guidance and after-sales support to clients.
- Maintain good communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Support improvements in design documentation, client handling, and overall workflow.
- Graduate of Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or any related course.
- With experience in interior design, sales, furniture, cabinetry, fit-out, or construction-related work is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in space planning, design presentation, and client consultation.
- With basic knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, or similar programs.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven, creative, organized, and willing to learn.
- Can handle client concerns and coordinate with different departments.
- Background in cabinetry, furniture, modular systems, or interior fit-out works.
- Ability to prepare design concepts and assist in project quotations.
- Good attention to detail and strong sense of design.
- Able to manage multiple client requirements and project updates.
