Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven and networked Medical Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. This is not a typical pharma sales role—instead of selling medical products, you will be selling Moongig’s platform and services to healthcare institutions that need qualified, on-demand healthcare professionals.
Ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, this role requires strong sales ability, an understanding of the healthcare landscape, and the ability to build lasting relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales
- Pitch and sell Moongig’s staffing solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Own and manage a sales pipeline within an assigned territory
- Build on your existing network of HCPs and institutional contacts to generate new leads and referrals
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with HR departments, department heads, and facility administrators
- Relationship Management
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and act as the first point of contact for ongoing needs
- Gather insights from the field to help improve service delivery and client experience
- Strategic Input & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align client acquisition with talent supply
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales progress
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in medical product sales or healthcare business development
- Strong understanding of how hospitals and clinics operate, including HR and staffing processes
- Solid existing network within healthcare institutions is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn digital platforms and tools
- Willingness to travel
