We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead our Shared Services function at the group level. This role will be responsible for managing and improving key support services across a multi-industry organization, including construction, real estate, retail, commercial centers, and hospitality.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational insight, and a proven ability to deliver efficient, high-quality services across a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the shared services strategy, ensuring alignment with the needs of each business unit.
• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of central functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Design & Engineering, and Admin.
• Implement consistent service standards, systems, and processes across all entities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and service-level agreements, taking action to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce duplication, streamline operations, and introduce automation where appropriate.
• Work closely with leadership from each industry sector to understand their needs and adapt services accordingly.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and service quality for all shared services teams.
• Drive transformation initiatives and support integration efforts in cases of acquisitions or business expansion.
• Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team, fostering a culture of service, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal requirements, and group policies across all service functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing shared or centralized functions.
• Background working in or supporting at least two of the following industries: construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, or commercial property.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, service delivery frameworks, and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, shared service platforms, and digital tools.
• Track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvement across multiple business units.
• Certifications in project management are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing change and driving large-scale operational improvements.
