KPI/SLA Specialist Global Shared Services Center (GSSC)
Location: Makati, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
Develop workflows, KPIs, and SLAs for HR services.
Propose and design an operating model for the GSSC.
Implement tools to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
Define service capacity per FTE and identify opportunities for centralization.
Support process improvement, automation, and communication planning.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in HR, Law, or related field.
810 years of HR experience, including organizational design & shared services.
Proven background in change management.
Strong communication and ERP knowledge.
Fluent in English (additional language is a plus).
