SECURITY MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in order to maintain a safe and secure mall environment.
- Recruit, supervise, and conduct training for security officers and guards.
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events and when responding to emergencies and alarms.
- Review reports about incidents, accidents, and other related information and investigate to resolve issues.
- Generate reports and update management on the security status.
- Confers with a representative of the local government to ensure cooperation and coordination of activities with law enforcement agencies.
- Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- With an experience as a security manager or similar position
- Further education and knowledge in security administration or similar fields is an advantage
- Has experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning, security protocols, and procedures.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Committed and reliable
