Prince Retail Group is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager – Learning & Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide organization development, leadership development, learning, and culture transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role is responsible for building organizational capabilities, driving change, strengthening leadership pipelines, and creating learning programs that enable business growth and high performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute organization development and learning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and talent review programs.
- Build and manage the PRG Learning Framework and Learning Academy roadmap.
- Lead company-wide learning initiatives, from onboarding to leadership and technical development.
- Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and implement data-driven OD solutions.
- Drive change management, culture-building, team effectiveness, and organizational design initiatives.
- Measure learning effectiveness and program impact through performance and productivity metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree or OD/Learning Design certification is an advantage).
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or related HR functions, including managerial experience.
- Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
