• 1 to 3+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, health insurance, or a related environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high-volume tasks accurately
• Ability to follow defined processes while meeting deadlines
• Strong Excel skills, including data exports, basic reconciliations, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and entering data with a high degree of accuracy

• Execute billing configuration setup across multiple systems
• Build and maintain group billing structures
• Build and maintain plan configurations and eligibility alignment
• Build and maintain rate tables
• Build and maintain vendor fee schedules
• Enter and update rates and plan changes for new business, renewals, and mid-year updates
• Enter and update billing contacts and invoice recipients
• Enter and update special billing arrangements and structures
• Support ACH setup and maintenance for client and vendor payment configurations
• Validate data entry accuracy and flag discrepancies
• Assist in resolving configuration-related issues impacting invoices and billing outputs
• Follow established processes, checklists, and documentation standards
