Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Customer Service Representative.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

  • CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Open to college graduates with or without BPO experience
  • Also open to high school, senior high school graduates or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
  • Amenable to work on shifting scheduled and during holidays if needed
  • Must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
