SUMMARY:

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support through email and social media direct messages. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in our products, with a strong preference for someone who is either a user or an advocate of them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via email and social media direct messages.
• Assist with order inquiries, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide product and service information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Efficiently manage and track customer interactions using Salesforce.
• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the eCommerce or fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple channels (email and social media).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
