• Handle sales processing, account management, and monitor customer transactions to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Manage the collection of payments and monitor overdue accounts. Ensure that all collections are properly recorded and reported.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing documents, processing transactions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining branch records.
• Ensure the proper upkeep of branch facilities, including office equipment and other operational needs, to provide a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Accounting, and Finance, and any Business-related courses
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiar in bookkeeping and basic accounting
• Good in analytical skills and keen to details
• Adaptable and highly organized, accurate and able to monitor work for quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
