BRANCH MANAGERI. Primary Function:
Plans, organizes and directs the activities of sales, aftersales and administration departments.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Sales- Contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the company, by participating in and developing the strategic planning and day to day management in all sales related issues.
- Develops and implements sales strategies and tactics in order to achieve sales profitability and targets.
- Establishes goals and priorities for the sales group.
- Formulates policies and standard operating procedures of Sales Management in accordance with market and industry trends and in line with company goal and objectives.
- Formulates long and short-range Sales objectives, plans and programs for integration with that of the company’s.
- Coordinates with Parts and Service departments in the enhancement of post selling relations with our clientele.
- Undertakes direct selling activities geared toward special accounts.
- Establishes a good relationship with corporate accounts as well as Parts / Service.
- Monitors the sales personnel’s account coverage.
- Prepares forecast and monitor budget achievement.
- Sets annual sales volume budget.
- Ensures the quality and integrity of the information emanating from the sales department.
- Evaluates and recommend appointment of Personnel.
- Trains and motivates sales personnel.
- Responsible in planning, directing, organizing and overseeing the activities of the after sales team.
- Cascades management directives downward to all aftersales personnel.
- Ensures that company policies are followed by all aftersales personnel.
- Prepares a consolidated budget and activity plan from all team budget and activity plans.
- Implements and controls approved aftersales activities.
- Monitors parts and service sales, profits and expenses and plans and implements counter measures if budgets and targets are not achieved.
- Prepares accurate and timely reports for management.
- Develops activities for the improvement of the aftersales image.
- Oversees the implementation of rules, policies and procedures of the company.
- Administers the building operation.
- Provides proper upkeep and maintenance of the building, equipment, and facilities of the company.
- Sees to it that building repairs and maintenance are done immediately.
- Conducts a daily checking on the building facilities and equipment. Ensures that all building equipment and facilities are functional at all times.
- Plans & supervises the security program and janitorial services needed by the company.
- Plans and implements a building safety and fire fighting program for the company.
Others:
- To carry out other functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative from time to time.
