- Great Typing skills (at least 40 words per minute required, 40 WPM for Chat,
- Must be available for a regular schedule, one that spans weekends, and
holidays, as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or early
morning hours.- Patience, empathy, and an evolved ability to manage stress.
- Skilled and eloquent writing.
