You’ll be the go-to person for Xplan queries, system guidance, and process support, helping advisers and practices work more efficiently and consistently.

This role is ideal for someone who understands financial planning workflows & enjoys improving how systems are used in practice.

• Provide practical Xplan support (access, workflows, fee structures and service agreement set ups)
• Troubleshoot system and process issues across the network
• Perform UAT / release testing for IRESS and related platforms
• Assess business impact and recommend rollout approach
• Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Produce weekly efficiency tips for advisers
• Draft clear, practical communications on system updates
• Support adviser onboarding/offboarding (system setup, training, workflows)
• Maintain and improve process documentation and guides
• Assist with pilots, templates, and system enhancements

• Strong, hands-on Xplan experience; IRESS platform exposure
• Understanding of financial planning practice operations
• Ability to support both systems and people (not just tech)
• Experience supporting adviser networks or licensees
• Prior experience assisting Australian firms or supporting AU accounts
• Experience using CRMS like Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
