Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional investors.
• Prioritize in establishing of new accounts for multi-chain institutions, franchisees, and top-tier offerings.
• Discuss with business owners and/or decision-makers the product offerings.
• Responsible for bookings and orders from HORECA towards the attainment of sales plan and objectives.
• Regularly visit existing Distributors, Dealers and Specialty Stores, and handle its Sales and Marketing concerns.
• Maintains existing accounts and generates new B2B accounts.
• Helps increase brand visibility.
• Increase sales by expanding the company’s institutional client base and managing current business relationships with institutional clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Familiar with Food Service industry and market situation.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Strong exposure to HORECA and institutional food management.
• Preferably with professional networks and industry connections.
• Knowledge in social media marketing.
• Can communicate in both written and oral at acceptable business level.
• Strong research, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to innovate and think creatively.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work.
• Preferably with motorcycle or vehicle and willing to do field work.
• With Allowances and Incentives/Commissions.
