Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Human Resource or BS Psychology
- At least One (1) year experience in human resources development ( recruitment, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, regularization, employee discipline, etc)
- With excellent oral & written communication skill
- Ability to multi task, highly organized & systematic
- Can work under pressure
- Computer literate
