HR GENERALIST (2 vacancies)
Location: Shell Tagunol, Cogon Pardo, Cebu CityStart Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience in ISO 9001 documentation and implementation is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in ISO 9001 documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and HR support
