IT Recruiter
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant for a mid-level individual contributor role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery while supporting a positive candidate and team experience.
This role is suited for a recruiter who can consistently deliver quality hiring outcomes, communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders, and work with strong ownership and execution discipline. The position also requires maturity, learning agility, and the ability to support or guide peers through informal influence, knowledge-sharing, and example without formal people-management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
The IT Recruitment Consultant will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, from requisition intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, endorsement, onboarding coordination, and confirmed start date follow-through. The role requires proactive sourcing across approved job portals, databases, social platforms, referral channels, and internal networks.
The successful candidate will conduct candidate interviews, including competency-based, behavioral, and basic technical screening when required. They will prepare accurate and well-structured candidate profiles, ensure endorsements are aligned with role requirements, and maintain complete documentation across official recruitment and reporting systems.
This role is also responsible for managing candidate communication professionally and consistently, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The IT Recruitment Consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders and team members to support delivery commitments, escalate risks or quality concerns when needed, and contribute to a collaborative and respectful work environment.
In addition to recruitment delivery, the role involves supporting peer learning, knowledge-sharing, and capability-building activities within the team. The IT Recruitment Consultant is expected to demonstrate openness to feedback, participate in training and development initiatives, and take ownership of personal growth and performance improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related people-focused roles. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and recruitment documentation skills. Candidates should be able to deliver consistent recruitment output while maintaining quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, collaboration, and stakeholder empathy are essential. The successful candidate should be able to work onsite, follow established governance and attendance standards, and operate effectively within defined processes and performance expectations.
This role is best suited for someone who can work independently with moderate guidance, influence peers through professionalism and example, and contribute positively to team culture without formal management authority.
Performance Expectations
Success in this role is measured through recruitment delivery, quality of endorsements, candidate and stakeholder experience, professionalism, collaboration, and continued development. The IT Recruitment Consultant is expected to meet defined productivity and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy, documentation, and conduct.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, onsite role with a regular Monday to Friday schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working within structured recruitment processes, office policies, and performance standards.
