Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Team Leader to supervise daily accounting operations and lead a team in delivering accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 5 years of accounting experience with supervisory exposure
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Financial Advisory, Hospitality, BPO, Shared Services, Distribution, Construction, or related industries
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Lead and mentor accounting staff
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and reports
- Ensure timely completion of month-end close
- Monitor compliance with accounting policies
- Coordinate audit requirements and financial reporting activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities
