Mandarin Speaker- (Fixed Term)

Employment Status: Fixed term for two weeks

Requirements:

• Experience in translation, interpretation, customer service, admin support, or related work is preferred
• Mandarin and English (spoken and written); Filipino/Tagalog is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Chinese culture and business etiquette is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Translate written and verbal communications from Mandarin to English/Filipino and vice versa accurately and effectively.
• Interpret conversations, meetings, discussions, and training sessions when required.
• Ensure translated materials maintain the original meaning, context, and tone.
• Assist in communication between local teams and foreign trainers, stakeholders, or clients.
• Review and proofread translated documents, manuals, and training materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
