Mandarin Event Coordinator

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mandarin-speaking Event Coordinator to join the dynamic team at N&M Staffing Services'. As the Mandarin Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile corporate events, conferences, and functions catered to Mandarin-speaking clients.This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
- Source and manage event venues, vendors, and suppliers
- Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, catering, transportation, and on-site coordination
- Ensure smooth event operations by troubleshooting issues and implementing contingency plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees
- Prepare post-event reports and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Manage event budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events
- Familiarity with event management software and tools
- Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
