Assistant to CEO (Mandarin Speaker)

Work location: BGC and Pasay
Set up: Onsite

Schedule: Mon – Fri with alternating Saturday; 9:30am to 6:30pm

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant to the CEO to support our Chinese executive in daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key coordinator between management, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO
  • Assist in monitoring daily business operations and coordinating with different departments
  • Translate and interpret Mandarin, English, and Filipino communications as needed
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and business appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence • Coordinate with local and foreign partners, suppliers, and clients
  • Assist in tracking operational tasks, deadlines, and project updates
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain organized records
  • Support the CEO in decision-making by providing timely updates and operational assistance
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of administrative and operational processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in executive support, operations, or coordination roles is an advantage
