Accounting Assistant | Fresh graduates

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration Major in Financial Management.
• Has good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Has command of both technology and finance issues.
• Has good written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino and has the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
• Confident especially in challenging decisions that are not in the Company’s best interests.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure inventory costs and general ledger values are accurate through regular reconciliations and revaluations.
• Investigate errors, participate in physical stock counts, and verify all adjustments (including damage/disposals) before booking.
• Generate inventory reports to analyze shrinkages and unusual variances. Report significant findings to the Controller and relevant departments.
• Perform margin analysis and process vendor invoices, including add-on costs and foreign supplier payments.
• Track short-shipped items, secure credit notes, and monitor landed cost billing to affiliates.
