Job Description:
We are looking for a Mortgage Support Specialist with experience in the Australian mortgage industry. The role will focus on providing end-to-end administrative and client support to brokers, ensuring smooth processing of loan applications from submission to settlement.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing mortgage application documents
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and brokers
- Following up on loan status and outstanding requirements
- Data entry and CRM management
- Ensuring compliance with Australian mortgage regulations and processes
- Supporting brokers with day-to-day admin tasks
Qualification and requirements:
- At least 2–3 years experience in the Australian mortgage industry
- Strong understanding of AU mortgage processes (application to settlement)
- Experience working with brokers or lending institutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and mortgage platforms
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years Australian mortgage industry experience
- Hands-on experience in mortgage processing or broker support
