Business Process Analyst

 A.  ROOT CAUSE IDENTIFICATION
  • Review the performance of the company and identify the root cause of non- performing key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the heads and assist in suggesting solutions for improvement
 B.  MONITORING
  • Develop Dashboards to monitor each initiative and performance indicators to analyze if we are on track from time to time.
  • Give feedback to department heads if they are on track or need to realign to their performance evaluation, workload coordination, and performance management.
 C.  REPORTING AND SUGGESTION
  • Write detailed reports, present findings, and give business suggestions to the Manager
  • Report to the Corporate Strategy Manager the performance dashboard for transparency of corporate strategic movement status regularly.
 D.  REVIEW AND ANALYZE
  • Analyze and come up with the best suggestion of the gap and corporate status by Org Chart efficiency, JD, correct manpower support, process efficiency, workflow, and tool management
  • Review process documentation to ensure processes are cost-efficient, rational, risk-mitigating, and aligned to the company’s requirements
 E.  SUCCESSFULLY ACCOMPLISH ADHOC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ASSIGNED BY THE

MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE AGREED SLA

Qualifications
  • Preferably with 2+ years of experience in process/continuous improvement experience
  • Strong process automation experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to think strategically
  • Preferably with 2+ years of experience in identifying and implementing process changes to improve efficiency or quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and ability to influence others towards a common goal
  • With Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution focused attitude
  • Advanced project management skills
