Sales Development Representative (Onsite)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our onsite team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline.This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, highly motivated, and skilled at building initial client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on client requirements
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and introduce relevant products or services
- Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the closing/sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions)
- At least 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR experience (BPO experience preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, or appointment setting
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus
