Sales Development Representative VA

Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Development Representative VA to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging warm and cold leads, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery calls with our senior sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and genuinely motivated by achieving and surpassing targets — someone who performs at their best in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to build meaningful connections with high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and social media channels including DMs, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Qualify prospects against predefined criteria to confirm they are a strong fit before scheduling a call
  • Arrange discovery and strategy calls between qualified leads and the appropriate members of the sales team
  • Follow up persistently and professionally with leads who have not yet agreed to book a call
  • Keep the CRM fully up to date with accurate lead data, call notes, and appointment statuses at all times
  • Handle objections confidently and skillfully to keep prospects advancing through the sales pipeline
  • Sustain a high volume of daily outreach without compromising quality or professional standards
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously sharpen scripts, messaging, and outreach approaches
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in an appointment-setting, outbound sales, or SDR-style outreach role
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a polished, confident, and professional tone
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections effectively and maintain prospect engagement through follow-up
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable tools
  • Comfortable executing high-volume outreach across multiple channels including phone, email, and direct messaging
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently without requiring constant direction
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong and consistent follow-through on all outreach and follow-up activities
  • Committed to representing the brand with professionalism and integrity at every stage of the sales process

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience booking appointments for high-ticket products or services valued at $2,000 or more
  • Background in coaching, consulting, digital agency services, real estate, or comparable high-ticket sales environments
  • Familiarity with outreach and prospecting tools such as ManyChat, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience working with structured sales scripts and the ability to adapt them naturally in live conversations
  • A solid understanding of sales funnel dynamics and the psychology that influences buyer decisions
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting performance benchmarks
