Virtual Assistant for Real Estate with 2+ years experience

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant in the real estate space to support a fast-growing US-based real estate team. The right candidate is a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant, who can serve as the backbone of the team’s administrative and marketing efforts, ensuring leads are nurtured, listings are updated, and transactions move smoothly from contract to close.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Nurturing: Handle inbound and outbound calls/texts to qualify leads and set appointments for the lead agent.
  • Filling out forms: Handle registrations, disclosures, closing lists, escrow, loan applications, probate, and many others
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update client’s database with high accuracy.
  • Listing Coordination: Create and manage property listings on the MLS, Zillow, and social media platforms.
  • Transaction Support & Coordination: Coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, inspectors, contractors, and lenders to ensure all paperwork is completed on time. Assist in scheduling as needed.
  • Marketing: Design property flyers and social media content; manage email drip campaigns.
  • Research: Do market analysis, prelisting analysis, MLS research
  • General Admin: Manage calendars, schedule showings, and handle email correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Real Estate VA (US market experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Must be comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft, GSuite (Drive, Sheets, Docs), CRM software, and Canva.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • BPO Background: Experience in sales or customer service accounts is a major advantage.
  • Close proximity to our office in Alabang, Muntinlupa or Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. While we offer a hybrid work model, the first month requires a “boots on the ground” start at our Alabang or Lapu-Lapu City office. Once you’ve mastered the workflows and hit performance milestones, you will be eligible for a flexible hybrid setup.
