Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Instruction
- Deliver lectures in subjects such as:
- Financial Management
- Investment Analysis
- Corporate Finance
- Financial Markets and Institutions
- Risk Management
- Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials
- Use modern teaching methods (case studies, simulations, financial software)
- Student Engagement & Assessment
- Evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and presentations
- Provide academic advising and mentoring
- Supervise thesis or capstone projects related to finance
- Curriculum Development
- Design and update course syllabi aligned with industry trends
- Integrate real-world financial practices and tools
- Ensure alignment with accreditation standards
- Research & Publication
- Conduct research in financial management or related fields
- Publish in academic journals or present in conferences
- Contribute to institutional research goals
- Institutional Service
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and accreditation activities
- Assist in program development and quality assurance
- Engage in community outreach or extension programs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance (required)
- Doctorate degree (preferred for higher academic ranks)
- Specialization in Financial Management or related field
- Teaching experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting
- Knowledge of financial tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Research and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to connect theory with real-world financial practices
