Business Administration Faculty - (Financial Management)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching & Instruction
  • Deliver lectures in subjects such as:
  • Financial Management
  • Investment Analysis
  • Corporate Finance
  • Financial Markets and Institutions
  • Risk Management
  • Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials
  • Use modern teaching methods (case studies, simulations, financial software)
  1. Student Engagement & Assessment
  • Evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and presentations
  • Provide academic advising and mentoring
  • Supervise thesis or capstone projects related to finance
  1. Curriculum Development
  • Design and update course syllabi aligned with industry trends
  • Integrate real-world financial practices and tools
  • Ensure alignment with accreditation standards
  1. Research & Publication
  • Conduct research in financial management or related fields
  • Publish in academic journals or present in conferences
  • Contribute to institutional research goals
  1. Institutional Service
  • Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and accreditation activities
  • Assist in program development and quality assurance
  • Engage in community outreach or extension programs

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance (required)
  • Doctorate degree (preferred for higher academic ranks)
  • Specialization in Financial Management or related field
  • Teaching experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting
