- Currently a 3rd or 4th year student taking up Business Administration, Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related courses
- Required to complete OJT / Internship hours (preferred)
- Interested in learning about business operations, administration, and process improvement
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools
- Able to work independently in a WFH setup
- Has good communication and coordination skills
- Experience with school projects involving reports, documentation, or workflows
- Basic Excel skills (formulas, tables, trackers)
- Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, or presentation tools
- Interest in operations, reporting, or improving how things are done
