As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Group Cost Accountant to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Group Cost Accountant, you will play a critical role in leading cost accounting across food production and garment manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate costing, strong margin visibility, and effective cost control across multiple sites.

• Develop, maintain, and review standard costing models for food and garment product lines
• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), recipes, and formulations within NetSuite
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs across multiple manufacturing sites
• Deliver gross margin analysis by SKU, product category, customer, and channel
• Support pricing decisions through detailed cost and contribution analysis
• Perform variance analysis including material yield, wastage, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption
• Monitor production efficiency, waste levels, and yield performance
• Partner with factory and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support make-vs-buy and outsourcing analysis
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Support inventory cycle counts and strengthen stock control processes
• Lead manufacturing cost budgeting and forecasting across group entities
• Analyze actuals vs budget/forecast and provide actionable insights
• Support capital investment appraisals (equipment, automation, new lines)
• Act as the NetSuite costing lead, ensuring system integrity and optimization
• Drive standardization of costing methodologies across all divisions
• Develop KPI dashboards for production cost and margin performance

• Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or actively studying)
• 3–5+ years’ experience in manufacturing cost accounting
• Proven hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (manufacturing & inventory modules – essential)
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing costing (yield, wastage, shelf-life, batch costing)
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing costing (fabric consumption, trims, CMT, seasonal cycles)
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Commercial awareness with a strong operational focus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in multi-site or group-level environments is highly advantageous
• Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
• Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
