We’re looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accounting Staff to help control food costs, manage inventory, and support pricing decisions. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and purchasing teams to make sure our actual food costs match what’s planned.
What You’ll Do
Compute accurate costs for menu items and recipes
Conduct inventory counts and investigate differences
Monitor ingredient prices and review supplier invoices
Track kitchen waste and product yield
Prepare basic cost and variance reports for management
Qualifications/Requirements
What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years experience in cost accounting (F&B/hospitality is a plus)
Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
High attention to detail and strong integrity
Willing to work on-site with kitchen and warehouse teams
Work location
