Project: Financial inclusion to the last mile: Expansion of retail agent networks in the Philippines
The Field Coordinator oversees day-to-day field operations and ensures the efficient implementation of activities through close coordination with the Research Associate and Field Officers. The role includes liaising with municipalities and barangays to secure all necessary approvals prior to the commencement of data collection, as well as managing logistical arrangements and other preparatory requirements.Additionally, the Field Coordinator is responsible for monitoring field staff performance to ensure the achievement of the target of 440 respondents.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Description:
Field Activity Coordination (50%):Responsible for coordinating field activities, including managing daily schedules and assignments, overseeing logistics such as transportation and materials, monitoring progress against timelines, and providing technical support to field officers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Quality Assurance (30%):Ensures quality assurance in field operations by conducting spot checks on data quality, monitoring compliance with established protocols, addressing and resolving field-related challenges, and providing on-site training to support continuous improvement among field staff.
Reporting and Documentation (20%)
Handle reporting and documentation by preparing daily and weekly field reports, maintaining organized and up-to-date project documentation, providing regular updates to management, and facilitating team meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Remarks
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years experience in field coordination or research
- Experience supervising small teams (2-5 people) preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in data collection tools (e.g., SurveyCTO, ODK)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Filipino
- Willing to travel frequently to field sites Experience translating documents
Php 750.00 daily salary with per diem, transportation and communication allowance.
