Job Overview
DBC Homes is hiring Civil Engineers for multiple assistant‑level roles across our Technical Services, Business Development, Customer Care, and Production teams. These opportunities are open to both licensed and non‑licensed Civil Engineers who are seeking hands‑on experience in real estate development, project coordination, and homeowner relations.
During the assessment and interview process, applicants will be evaluated by different interviewers and endorsed to the assistant role that best matches their background, skills, and strengths.
Position-Specific Job SummariesA. Technical Services Assistant (Licensed or Not Licensed)
Primarily responsible for handling all project-related permitting and regulatory requirements, from pre‑construction approvals up to title transfer, ensuring full compliance with government regulations and company timelines. Acts as the main liaison with government agencies and internal teams for permits and documentation.
Key Focus: Process and monitor all project permits and licenses from pre‑construction to title transfer
Coordinate with LGUs, registry offices, and government agencies for regulatory compliancePrepare, track, and organize permitting and title‑related documentation
Monitor approval timelines, validity, and renewals to prevent project delays
B. Business Development Assistant (Licensed or Not Licensed)
Provides technical support to the Business Development team by assisting in project planning, site evaluation, and sales-related activities.
Key Focus: Conduct site and layout assessments
Provide technical support during sales presentations and client inquiriesGather data for feasibility studies and project evaluations
C. Customer Care Assistant (Preferably Licensed)
In charge of punch listing, turnover, and move‑in processing, serving as the primary technical point of contact for homeowners during pre‑turnover and turnover stages. Ensures units are properly documented and clients are guided smoothly through the move‑in process.
Key Focus: Conduct unit inspections and prepare punch lists during pre‑turnover
Coordinate punch list items with production and contractors for actionProcess and manage unit turnover and client move‑in requirements
Conduct client walkthroughs and provide technical explanations of the unit
Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive homeowner turnover experience
D. Production Assistant (Preferably Licensed)
Supports day‑to‑day construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Focus: Monitor construction progress and on‑site activities
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersAssist in scheduling, reporting, and site documentation

Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required
- At least 1 year of related experience preferred
- (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on‑site in Iloilo City
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and customer‑focused
