Responsible in providing support to the Director of Sales and Marketing and to the entire Sales Team by completing administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepares proposals, contracts, banquet event order (BEO) and coordinating with clients and suppliers in the absence of Sales Managers.
Coordinate, arrange, attend and participate in assigned meetings including preparing agenda, reserving and preparing meeting location, and recording and transcribing minutes as requested.
