Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil /Engineering, Architecture or related field with professional license
- With at least ten (10) years experience in construction stage
- Experience as Construction Manager in at least one (1) facilities/manufacturing project
- Attend project meetings with Client & other Project Engineers and representatives
- Set project timeline, monitor job status and update schedule accordingly.
- Prepare progress report and issue a copy to concerned personnel
- Review and interpret design drawings and specifications required in the project
- Ensure compliance and implementation of design specifications and standard local code and practice.
- Train and monitor performance of project engineers involved in the project and ensure that deliverables are met as scheduled.
- Willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
