Legal officer

Job Description

1. Coordinate with various government offices and aid in the compliance of relevant rules and regulations.
2. Manage official project correspondence, tracking, and filing
3. Assist Management of the Project Site by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact-checking; and trial preparation.
4. Draft/revise formal letters, meeting minutes, and project notices.
5. Prepare documentation for Claims, Variations, and EOT.
6. Review and interpret contracts and other legal documents.
7. Maintain all contract and commercial records.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree Law / Project Management or related field.
2. With at least 2 to 5-years of work experience pertinent to the role.
3. Experience working in a construction company. Experience working in a foreign company is an advantage.
4. Progressive work experience handling summons in the Construction Industry.
5. Good written and communication skills.
6. Logical thinker.
7. Knowledgeable in drafting legal reports, documents, and contracts.
8. Experience: 3+ years in EPC/Solar/Construction; FIDIC familiar
9. Expert in drafting formal documents.
10. Having certificates is an advantage.
11. CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED AT GAPAN NUEVA ECIJA.
