Security Guard Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and Monitor the performance of the contracted security guard agency.
• Ensure implementation of company policies and site safety regulations.
• Supervise guard deployment, attendance and post assignments.
• Conduct inspections and prepare incident / security reports.
• Monitor access control, company assets, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with management and the security agency regarding security concerns and manpower requirements.
• Investigate and report security incidents, violations and suspicious activities.
• Ensure proper security coverage of construction sites and facilities.

Qualifications:

• Former military or law enforcement experience is an advantage.
• With valid security guard license issued by Philippine National Police / SOSIA (if applicable)
• At least 2-5 years of experience in security operations with supervisory experience preferred.
• Preferably with construction site security experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in incident reporting and security procedures.
• Willing to work on-site and shifting schedules.
• Honest, Disciplined and Dependable.
