About the role

We are seeking a CSR-Chat Support Representative to join our growing customer service team in Antipolo City, Rizal on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through chat channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in creating positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships on behalf of GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO.

Key responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely, professional and courteous manner
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer questions and concerns
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary
  4. Document all customer interactions accurately using our systems and maintain detailed records
  5. Maintain a positive and empathetic approach whilst managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  6. Identify customer needs and provide personalised solutions to enhance satisfaction
  7. Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery
  8. Contribute to a supportive team environment and share knowledge with colleagues
  9. Meet or exceed performance targets including response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction metrics
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  2. Proven experience in a customer service or chat support role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
  3. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and professionally
  4. Strong typing speed and proficiency with computer systems and chat platforms
  5. Exceptional multitasking abilities and capacity to handle multiple concurrent conversations
  6. Outstanding patience and empathy when dealing with customers
  7. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
  8. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
  9. Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining consistent attendance
  10. Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software (desirable)
  11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
