General Job Description

Carry out administrative duties such as handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, basic bookkeeping activities, purchasing and managing office supplies, encoding all expenses and prepare reports or documents and transact related administrative works for permitting towards government agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate of any related course
  • Administrative experience is an advantage
  • Must have good written and communication skills; English & Tagalog
  • Must be Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel, PDF)
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
  • With strong Personality.
  • Knows how to drive motorcycle w/ valid driver’s license or at least nonprofessional driver’s license is a plus factor.
