The Admin Office Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role handles office records, supplies, communications, and assists different departments with administrative needs while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

A graduate of BS-Accountancy or BS
Accounting Technology or any business course with related experience.
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Can Provide TOR
  • Willing to be assigned in Toril, Davao City
