DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE- Oversee the profitability and management of all food & beverage operations within the golf business unit.
- Develop & implement strategies for the food & beverage department to achieve the organization’s financial and operational goals.
- Leads the Culinary, Restaurant and Banquet teams, ensuring that the highest standards of service and food is delivered while ensuring adherence to brand standards, government and health & safety compliance.
- Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related course.
- Managerial experience of at least (5) five years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience within the golf, resort or luxury hospitality industries is preferred.
