Job Description

• Leads the expansion of the golf segment across all source markets, driving sales, occupancy, and financial performance for Hann Reserve golf courses and resorts.
• The role is pivotal in building strategic partnerships, enhancing customer acquisition, and ensuring commercial success.
• Develop relationship with B2B partners, expanding and diversifying the B2B partner base to support a customer acquisition strategy targeting discerning and avid golfers.
• Has strong commercial acumen, an understanding of golf market dynamics and a proven track record in sales within the golf or hospitality industries.
• Work closely with the General Manager for all commercial strategies for the golf business unit, include golf partnerships and F&B initiatives.
• Work with the General Manager on a 'Golf Ambassador Program' - overseeing the commercial aspects and ensuring alignment with sales objectives and brand messaging.

• Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related course.
• Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the golf, resort or luxury hospitality industries.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in a B2B and B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of golf market dynamics, trends, and customer profiles (including luxury and VVIP segments).
