Job Description

Job Summary:

The Event & Activation Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and coordination of brand activations, kiosk events, and in-store promotions. This role involves working closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure smooth event operations and effective brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and organizing brand activations, kiosk events, and in-store promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of events.
Support the preparation of event materials, budget requisitions, and logistics.
Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and provide reports.
Maintain records of event budgets, supplier details, and activation requests.
Ensure all activities align with brand strategies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

College graduate preferably Business or Marketing graduate
Highly trustworthy with sense of strong discipline and integrity
With leadership and management skills
Good oral and communication skills
Know how in computer and latest technology applications
