HR GENERALIST TEAM LEAD
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Workforce Management- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery
- Manage end-to-end manpower deployment, including sourcing, onboarding, scheduling, and client coordination
- Monitor KPIs, staff performance, and service quality standards
- Manage manpower allocation, operational planning, and forecasting
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives
- Support recruitment, training, and development of deployed personnel and internal staff
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service partners
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent service quality and responsiveness
- Implement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery and client experience
- Develop and improve HR and operational systems, processes, and best practices
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manpower and HR functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in General HR, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency
- Proven leadership experience in operations, workforce management, or similar roles
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll
- Familiarity with manpower deployment and client servicing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High level of organization, integrity, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage
