- Must have at least 2-years experience as Logistics function or equivalent.
- With good comprehension in Supply Chain Management and Trade Industry
- Has knowledge on regulatory requirements related to shipment arrangement (Local, Import, Export)
- Can collaborate with government agencies (BOC, PEZA, and related agencies)
- Can trade external service providers
- Oversee shipment arrangement, perform confirmation of all documents to identify any discrepancy in order to ensure that there will be no irregularity in the process
- Collaborate with internal and external contributors while identifying risk and determining impact of changes in the industry in order to formulate effective BCP
- Reconcile processed billings versus SOA, disseminate company policies, conduct selection and registration of which business partners to work
- Manage and review customer requests and concerns, participate in dicussions and recommend ideas for new activities or projects
