Job Description:

The specialist will manage campaign strategy, keyword targeting, ad performance, and analytics while continuously improving lead generation and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO elements to enhance search visibility
• Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve performance, reduce cost per lead, and increase conversions
• Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and improve conversion rates
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on traffic, leads, and ROI
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals
• Develop and support content strategies that strengthen SEO performance
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and algorithm changes
• Utilize AI tools and workflow automation to improve marketing efficiency and performance

Qualifications and requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, paid advertising, or digital marketing roles
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO principles including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with keyword research tools and SEO platforms
• Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization is an advantage
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing channels simultaneously
• Experience with retargeting strategies and conversion tracking implementation
• Attention to detail in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make performance-driven decisions
• Comfortable working with SEO tools, ad platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Office-based availability for collaboration with the marketing team
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation systems is preferred
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with marketing and sales teams

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
• Experience using CRM systems or customer management tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp for business communication
• Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion strategies
