Role: Digital Marketing Specialist/Admin (Junior)
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the marketing manager and Managing Director, as well as internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy/initiatives and operational duties
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing and operational processes
  • Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
  • Create and edit graphics, videos and podcasts to support marketing efforts.
  • Familiarise with service offerings to offer these to clients
  • Create, edit and send emails, quotes, invoices to clients
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operational processes for team members
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and operations teams
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
  • Understanding company products and brands
  • General office duties
  • Creating and interpreting a variety of reports

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Proficiency in content creation and social media management
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and generate reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred: Certification in Digital Marketing or related discipline

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role, preferably in a corporate environment

SOFTWARE:

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
