TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to the Technical Manager for:
- Ensuring that Ships’ equipment and machinery are maintained to the highest reasonable standards.
- Implementing and supervising planned maintenance procedures.
- Specifying and supervising repairs for machinery & equipment maintenance, including dry docking.
- Providing Comprehensive investigations / reports at all breakdown or damage incidents and Ship dry dockings in coordination with the Technical Manager.
- Keeping the Technical Manager informed of the Ship’s technical status.
- Maintenance of the Company SMS in coordination with the DPA.
- Maintaining 24-hour / 7-day Management cover for Fleet Operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent, with at least 5 years of technical-related experience.
- Strong interest in maritime/offshore engineering and operations.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow under senior guidance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
