Channel Activation Manager (Mindanao)

We are hiring a Channel Activation Manager. You’ll be responsible for rolling out brand activation plans in your region, adapting them to local needs and working closely with the sales team. The role also focuses on boosting in-store presence and building strong partnerships with customers and distributors.

Responsibilities:

• Build the yearly and monthly activity calendar for the zone, aligning with brand priorities and key products.
• Work with the Zone General Manager to finalize 3-month commercial plans and create backup plans to hit sales targets.
• Lead the rollout of monthly priorities in your region, ensuring on-time delivery of materials, promos, and in-store execution.
• Plan and run local promotions based on consumer insights, key seasons, and market trends, aligned with brand and channel strategies.
• Track weekly execution performance, address gaps, manage promo budgets per customer, and coordinate with field sales for full coverage.
• Visit stores to check on product availability, promo execution, pricing, and display materials.
• Help review sales performance and forecasts with customers and distributors to stay on track with targets.
• Support in-store excellence by working closely with merchandisers and sales teams to meet Perfect Store standards.
• Provide regional insights to KAMs during customer meetings and help build strong customer partnerships.
• Join zone planning reviews, share progress updates, and align plans with brand and channel teams.
• Work with finance and distribution teams to review and process promo payments correctly and on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience handling Distributors and Key Accounts, with strong trade activation execution
• Skilled in planning local promotions based on market insights
• Familiar with Perfect Store standards and basic financial tracking
• Experienced in working with third-party merchandisers
